XStudio 1.5: IDs in trees

Certain people prefer to see the Ids of any object in the trees.

In XStudio 1.5, an option in the settings will allow to activate this feature.
Hence the display can look like:

    Will this be settable per User or per Installation?

    Will it have affects on items order in the tree?

    This is settable per installation. No effect on items order; the prefix are added at rendering time...

    Modified a bit the implementation: it was a bit "hard-to-read" to have ids also prefixed on categories, companies, folders. Now, the id is dynamicallyb rendered on ALL items except categories, companies and folders.
